As mentioned in this blanks the problem resurfaced with plotly version '2.0.9’
I tried all the mentioned suggestions, but in the end a shift+f5 helped out.

Hard reload (shift + F5) not working for me. Been trying for a few hours to get the graphs going but nada, all graphs are blank.
Any other advices?
Have you tried opening up the browser console? You can see if there are
error messages.
Is the problem there after a reboot?
