dcc.Checklist: How to enable the input=checkboxes

Hi,

I am using checklist as in the tutorial but unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the same behavior (tags aside from the checkbox). Anyone with the original code?
P.s. I have read all post possibles and cannot hit the concrete solution.
