How to add/trace a specific contour line on a contour plot?

Dear Community,

Is there a way to highlight specific contour line on a contour plot? For instance, imagine a contour plot look like water rings, among those rings, I want to highlight one of them as red based on its value (ie., z=1).

Is there a function for that?
