I have a graph that I have used peakutils to detect the peaks for. I would like to save the peak coordinates in a file and to also draw a line through the coordinates. I’ve went through the peak documentation but could not find a way to draw a line through the points.
edit: I have found a way to draw a line through the peaks, but cannot print the exact coordinates of each peak, which is what I need.
