Hi all, I’m at the point where I want to start learning a visualization package and am feeling conflicted, mostly from reading Every other resource I find seems to take a more traditional route of matplotlib then seaborn. Would I be missing out on anything by going straight into plotly? Or would plotly be overkill for simple plots/charts? Just want to try to invest my time in the smartest way possible, thanks.

You will definitely not miss anything by going straight to Plotly, in fact you’ll miss out on interactive charts altogether if you stick with just matplotlib and seaborn
