Hoover text on shapes

Hi, Can i add a trace which goes over all the subplots like vertical lines spanning all stacked subplots.
If I use shapes to do this, then I dont have option for hoover text on the line.

Is there a option to add vertical line in shape and also display hoover text on it ? Also, if If i add say 5 vertical lines with shapes, I am not able to like enable disable one, from the legends.

Any help is appreciated .

Not sure if this is what you are looking for. I was having similar issue but now resolved.
