When I try to use latex math in the axis titles it is displayed in a wrong position or completely disappears. I observe this behavior only in Firefox on Mac whereas other browsers display the title where it should be under the axis. I am using a completely fresh installation of Firefox without any add-ons and it still shows this weird behavior.
It also shows up in my Jupyter notebooks when I save html plots. Anyone experienced this or knows how to fix?
