"This site can't be reached" error when clicking Zoom in R

Hello.

I want to report an error when clicking Zoom after the plotly figure has appeared in R.

After I implement plotly in R, the figure appears properly in the right-bottom side of RStudio. However, when I click Zoom to see in big window, an error occurs like as following;

"This site can’t be reached.

The webpage at (http://~~some address) might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED"

This sometimes happen, and sometimes does not happen.

Restarting R did not solve the problem. Does anyone have ideas about this?
